For order through our website, you must be registered client. This take up 3-4 minutes and it’s only once – after that it’s don’t necessary! It’s been almost easier, if you log on with your user name and password, as soon as you come in the web site
Why I must to be registered?
Because the information that you gave to us is necessary for realization of your orders. And only if you are registered you can be classify for any gifts and promotions ?.

Because you haven’t mood to go shopping through flower and gifts shops.

Where you delivered?
We delivered all over Bulgaria. If the place when you want to deliver flowers or gifts it’s long away from big city, it’s better to order flowers or gifts 2-3 days in advance.
The deliveries are make by our courier ( we don’t work with couriers firm) or through our correspondents flower shops, which are prove that they will cope with our requirements
Don’t forget to give correct address of recipient and his/her telephone number and we guarantee delivery.
The telephone number of recipient it’s use only if there isn’t any on the specified address or there isn’t anybody at home.
Don’t forget to write your message for greeting card !
If the recipient isn’t on the specified address and we can’t contact with him, we inform you by e-mail or SMS for extra indication.
We delivered from 09:00 to 19:30 h. , but your orders will accept 24/7 – 365 days in the year!
Delivery quality
We guarantee best performance of your order! When any flowers are not available – we change with look-like, but this don’t reflect on general appearance of bouquet or arrangement.
In case that you don’t like that we delivered – our courier ( at our expense ) will come, take the flowers or gifts and will refundable your money!
